Melissa is the Owner and Managing Director of MedSearch Recruiting Network and Co-Founder of The Preference Bureau, where she helps healthcare, medical device, life sciences, and healthcare technology companies build high-performing commercial and leadership teams. With more than 15 years of executive leadership experience spanning operations, marketing, sales, and talent strategy, Melissa has built organizations, led executive hiring, developed go-to-market strategies, and supported businesses across manufacturing, healthcare, specialty construction, advertising, chemical distribution, and emerging growth companies.
