Tony Schnell is the Vice President of Med-Search Recruiting where he serves medical device companies across the United States. With more than 35 years of experience in sales, sales management, and training, Tony brings a deep well of industry knowledge and leadership expertise to his role. His career includes significant tenures at some of the most respected names in healthcare—Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific, and Stryker—where he built a reputation for excellence in team leadership, talent development, and performance management.
Before transitioning into the recruiting field, Tony spent 15 years as a regional manager, where he specialized in recruiting top-tier talent, coaching high-performing teams, and guiding professional development strategies. His passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential naturally led him to a career focused on talent acquisition and leadership consulting.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Westminster College and a Master of Business Administration from Christian Brothers University. He has further enhanced his leadership capabilities through participation in a variety of distinguished sales and leadership programs, including Thayer Leadership at West Point, Integrity Coaching Sales Leadership, Karrass Effective Negotiating, SPIN Selling, and Career Transition Coaching.
