Jeff brings 7+ years of Talent Management expertise as well as 20+ years of Surgical Sales, Sales Management, and Corporate Training experience to the Med-Search/ETA Team. Through Jeff’s experience as a Corporate Sales Trainer and Manager, he has mentored and coached hundreds of individuals over the years. Jeff has a passion for training and development and has received industry recognition for his expertise.
As the VP of Talent Solutions Jeff brings unique insight into the recruiting industry. His focus on taking the time necessary to understand both sides of the search proposition as well as having honest and transparent conversations with all parties involved makes Jeff a successful Talent Solutions professional. Jeff primarily focuses on identifying exceptional talent within the Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Sales functions.
Jeff earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State as well as an MBA from Webster University.
