Tim Charow offers 20 years of experience in Talent Management, Executive Recruiting and Career Coaching. Currently Tim is the President of Med-Search Recruiting Network and Executive Talent Advisors. He has been recognized as a talent aquisition innovator and a leader in career strategy, talent metrics, workforce systems & process development, and human resource process improvement.
Tim is a St. Louis native and received his Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing and Economics from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Prior to Tim's Talent Advisory career, he worked in surgical sales, sales management and sales training within the Fortune 500 arena including GE Healthcare, Monsanto and Konica.

Deborah Venezia
Deborah Venezia is a Talent and Retention Advisor with an extensive track record in Retention Management, Career Coaching, and full-cycle Executive Recruiting!
Deborah attended Webster University where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees. As a St. Louis native, Deborah brings over 10 years experience in the consulting arena.
Deborah joined Med-Search as the Lead Talent Advisor and has been recognized as an expert in the industry. She provides a wide array of experience and talents in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, employer branding, career coaching, staff development & training solutions, social media networking and community engagement.

Deborah Venezia
Jeff brings 7+ years of Talent Management expertise as well as 20+ years of Surgical Sales, Sales Management, and Corporate Training experience to the Med-Search/ETA Team.Through Jeff's experience as a Corporate Sales Trainer and Manager, he has mentored and coached hundreds of individuals over the years. Jeff has a passion for training and development and has received industry recognition for his expertise.
As the VP of Talent Solutions Jeff brings unique insight into the recruiting industry. His focus on taking the time necessary to understand both sides of the search proposition as well as having honest and transparent conversations with all parties involved makes Jeff a successful Talent Solutions professional. Jeff primarily focuses on identifying exceptional talent within the Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Sales functions.
Jeff earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State as well as an MBA from Webster University.

Carlos Saenz
Carlos Saenz brings expertise leading sales, marketing and business development functions with major Fortune 500 healthcare companies including Abbott Laboratories, McKesson Corporation, ARAMARK, EmCare, Sodexo and Mercy. He has been recognized for the development of senior executive relationships that resulted in major blockbuster agreements including three multi-billion dollar partnerships.
Carlos has a passion for mentoring, coaching and helping others. He has been a leader in the growth and success of the St. Louis based Executive Connections organization; a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting St. Louis based executives in career transition and served on the board for three years.
Carlos has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at El Paso, and completed Master's level coursework in Business Administration Studies at the University of Texas, Arlington.
